safe, nurturing and responsive care for young children,
with a focus on early childhood care and development, health,
nutrition, growth monitoring and community engagement.
We are looking for committed professionals who can work closely
with communities, frontline workers, caregivers and programme teams
to establish and strengthen quality creche services.
POSITIONS OPEN
1. PROGRAM MANAGER – (01)
Role
Anchor and oversee the overall planning, setup, implementation,
coordination and monitoring of the Creche Initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programme planning, implementation and coordination
with the Foundation, partner teams and frontline functionaries. - Guide the team in village identification, community engagement,
creche setup and operationalisation. - Establish systems for supportive supervision, review,
capacity building and programme monitoring. - Track creche operations and programme data and ensure
timely reporting. - Build a collaborative team culture through regular reviews

Qualifications & Experience
